Our Einstein 6100 Falling Film Evaporator can achieve 45 gallons an hour of alcohol recovery and 135 gallons an hour with Heptane or Hexane.
Our largest option, the Einstein 8200 with dual 8" columns is capable of 135 gallons an hour of alcohol recovery and over 400 gallons an hour with Heptane or Hexane.
Both systems come with a crude vessel, ethanol recovery vessel, and cold trap.

Falling film evaporators use the physics of evaporation and gravity combined with heat in a vacuum to separate the solvent from cannabinoids and terpenes.
The process is done under a vacuum, reducing the temperature required to evaporate the solvent. This low temperature and the short residence time helps protect thermally labile ingredients such as delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and terpenes.
